Just a quick follow up note on my 5th Annual Car Show at
Wealshire Memory Care Facility in Bloomington
I never know how many Cars will show up on a regular scheduled Show let
alone a rainout date but happy to say the allotted lot space was full! There
were 24 vehicles which included one City Bus from a large Collection in
Bloomington and a Convoy of Military Jeeps that honors Vets in these Facilities.
The variety was great a little something for everyone.
This truly made the day of the Residents of Wealshire after being
disappointed by the rainout the week before – they do indeed look forward to
the Event! It give the Residents a break from their routine and brings back
memories from their past,
The Car folk were treated with a “State Fair” food lunch for bringing
their rides for the pleasure of the Residents. I personally would like to thank
everyone for taking time to bring their Cars!
