2015 update for Tonka Cruzers Excelsior Car Show!
All,
Sorry I haven't
updated my Blog for quite a while - still alive and kicking and ready to start
my car show for 2015.
Kowalskis is now
being built at last years location [open fairly soon] and I have moved back to
the East Parking lot next to Excelsior Brewing Co.
New address for
those that have not been to my previous shows at this new location is 421 3rd
st Excelsior.

Collector Convertibles needed for the Excelsior Christkindlsmarkt Parade 11/28/14
When: Friday, Nov. 28, 2014 at 10.00AM.
Parade cars should arrive at 9:30 AM.
Weather permitting, convertibles preferred.
Where: Water Street and Lake Street, Excelsior MN near the "Port of Excelsior" tour boat docks.

Tonka Cruzers Car Show Update
Sorry I haven’t had my Blog updated much lately but have had soooo… much going on lately have had not enough time for Car Fun. So here is some highlights of the summer for Tonka Cruzers with some photos to view.
Of course my Car Shows [2 left August 9th and 23rd] Door Prizes and special vehicles to make them interesting.
Recently had a Show at Wealshire Assisted Living in Bloomington [3rd year] – great turnout lots of Mustangs plus a cool restored Bus. There will be a restored Bus at my August 9th Show that was part of the Bus Line in Excelsior – very cool!

The Bus that will be at my Show is the following ……………………
It's one of the old Excelsior Minneapolis line run transit buses from the 50's we ran there in the 60-70's….. 1954 5105 Bus # 97 – see Pic
Next Minnetonka Class of 1964 had a dinner at the Minnetonka Country Club and needed a couple of 1964 vintage Cars by the entrance. John and Colleen Hardin and Fran Smit brought their rides for this occasion – see Pics [Plus the cheerleaders were there]
Have had good turnouts and interesting Cars at my Shows and the Tractor Trailer is finally gone from the lot to free up space. For those who don’t know Kowalski’s is going to open a grocery Store in the Mason Motors building March 2015 so I will be moving to a different location next year [probably Excelsior Brewery lot again].
There are 2 Pics that are unique – one at my last Show, check out the Spark Plug wires. The other Pic is from my Wealshire Show from a Chev Farm truck …. First person that emails me with what the heck the Spigot is for will get a door prize when at my next Show August 9th – good luck!

No Tonka Cruzers Excelsior car show today, but the Excelsior Flea Market is open today
Excelsior Flea Market at 10 Water Street, Excelsior, MN is open today 9-3 pm. Check out the 1957 Chevy Hubcaps at today's Flea Market - find the vendor under the tree in back!
